Thank you for shopping with Voxen. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Please read our delivery policy below for information on processing times, shipping, and order tracking.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (where available).


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

While most orders arrive within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Remote delivery locations

We appreciate your patience should any unexpected delays occur.


Shipping Locations

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or locations where courier services are unavailable.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@voxen.co.za.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before completing your order.

Voxen cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Delayed Deliveries

Although we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team and we will investigate your shipment as quickly as possible.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible.

To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package or damaged item (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with the courier to resolve the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
