At Voxen, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy below to understand your rights and the return process.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).


Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that:

  • Have been used or show signs of wear.

  • Have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Are missing parts or accessories not due to our error.

  • Are returned without their original packaging.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

Once your claim has been reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been approved.


Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you require an exchange, please contact our support team and we'll guide you through the process.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Voxen will cover the return shipping costs.

  • A change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process outlined in this policy.

To request a return, please email our support team with the following information:

  • Your full name.

  • Order number.

  • Reason for the return.

  • Photos or videos (if applicable).
